Scott's mom knitted the hat for Matthew. Isn't it darling? I am learning how to knit hats though, but I haven't made anything as cute as the pumpkin hat yet.

I did send a joke into Reader's Digest, and I got a check for $100 for it. Which bounced. Then I got a replacement check for $120 and I took that to the bank it was drawn on so I could be sure they had the money to pay me. I actually just spent the money yesterday to get a new dryer for our laundry room (make that 1/5 of a new dryer). :)
